A meticulous viticulture at Champagne Jacques Copin

A meticulous viticulture

The Estate pays attention to the environment and perseveres to respect and preserve the natural surroundings of the region. Champagne Jacques Copin is a product of environmentally conscious and meticulous practices.

The combination of sound practices (erosion prevention, pruning ...), and traditional methods (manual vineyard work, wine-making in oak barrels ...) along with modern working tools (temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, micro-vinification ...) allow us to create unique champagnes.

The vineyards owned by the Copin Estate, are aged between ten and sixty years old. The estate covers ten hectares and each plot is individually adjusted according to its personal needs. This meticulous care is reflected in the quality of crops from the harvest and the press, and of course, the flavour of the champagne at Jacques Copin.
