This champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay on the exceptional south-facing “La Goutte d’Or” plot (hamlet) which gives our grapes their remarkable aromas. The champagne’s freshness and sharpness will bring to mind snowy winter mornings cosied up by the fireplace at home.
